What is the TempSure Envi?

The TempSure Envi is a radiofrequency (RF) device that minimizes facial fine lines and wrinkles. Dr. Buck-Haskin uses it on patients of all skin types to provide safe, consistent, and reliable skin tightening and tissue heating without damaging the skin or areas around the face.

How many treatments do you need?

TempSure treatment sessions are an outpatient procedure performed in her office — meaning there’s little to no downtime after the procedure — and last between 60-90 minutes each.

How is TempSure Envi treatment administered?

The TempSure Envi treatment is administered through several handheld RF-generating devices.

Dr. Buck-Haskin will lay you down on the patient table and apply a cool gel to the areas of your face that are receiving treatment. She will then gently massage a corresponding handheld device over each treatment area.

How much recovery time do you need after TempSure Envi treatment?

There is no significant recovery period for treatment. Dr. Buck-Haskin will perform the procedure while you lay comfortably, with most patients reporting treatments to be pain-free, or even pleasant.

Dr. Buck Haskin advises you avoid vigorously touching or massaging your face for several hours after the procedure, and exercise should be avoided for up to 24 hours to avoid discomfort to the treated areas.

When do you get results?

You should see results after your first treatment, but the best results are visible after two to three treatments.

How long will your results last?

Your results should last for several months to a year, depending on various factors. Dr. Buck-Haskin recommends checkups during and after treatment to observe progress and monitor any changes. Factors such as age, stress, and physical activity can affect how long your results last.
